Manage tables, modifiers, kitchen orders, bookings, and service staff -- all built into the core system at no extra cost.
RapiNova Accounts includes a full suite of restaurant management features as part of the core system. These are not premium add-ons -- every business can use them once enabled in settings.

Create dining tables that can be assigned to orders on the POS screen. Tables are linked to specific business locations.
Modifiers are extra items that can be added to products during a sale, such as toppings, extra cheese, sauce options, or size upgrades. They are organized in Modifier Sets.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Set Name | Label for the group of modifiers (shown on POS) |
| Modifier Name | Individual add-on item name |
| Price | Additional charge when this modifier is selected |
The Kitchen screen shows incoming orders for kitchen staff. They can see what needs to be prepared and mark items as cooked or served.
Reserve tables in advance for customers. Each booking records the customer, table, time slot, and an optional correspondent (person who took the booking).
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Customer | Yes | The person making the reservation |
| Table | Yes | Which table to reserve |
| Start Time | Yes | When the reservation begins |
| End Time | Yes | When the reservation ends |
| Correspondent | No | Staff member who handled the booking |

Assign waiters or service staff to each order on the POS screen. This helps track who served which table and can be used for performance reporting and commission calculations.
Automatically print kitchen order slips when a sale is finalized. The kitchen slip shows only the items to prepare (not prices), while the billing receipt prints separately for the customer.
Define different service types such as Dine-in, Takeaway, and Delivery. Each type can have its own packing charge that is automatically added to the order.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Service type label shown on POS |
| Description | Optional note about this service type |
| Packing Charge | Additional fee added to orders using this service type |
| Packing Charge Type | Fixed amount or percentage of order total |
