Module Activation Issues

Help Center/Troubleshooting/Module Activation

If a module you expect to see is not appearing in your account — or its menu items, settings, or features are missing — work through the steps below in order. Most module activation issues are resolved by steps 1 through 3.

1

Check Your Subscription

Premium modules are tied to your subscription plan. Before doing anything else, confirm the module is included in your current plan.

  1. Log in and go to Settings → Subscription (or contact your administrator if you do not see this menu)
  2. Check whether the module you need is listed as active in your subscription
  3. If it is not listed, contact our sales team via WhatsApp to add it to your plan
A module that is installed on the platform but not part of your subscription will not appear in your account, regardless of any other settings.
2

Verify Module Activation

If the module is in your subscription but still not visible, it may not have been fully activated for your business account.

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription → Modules and look for the module in the list
  2. Check whether the module's toggle or status shows as enabled
  3. If it appears disabled, click to enable it and save
  4. Refresh your browser (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows/Linux, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) to reload the navigation
Some modules require an administrator account to activate. If you do not see the Subscription or Modules settings, ask your business owner or super-admin to enable the module.
3

Clear Cache & Reload

After a module is activated, your browser or the application may still show the old cached state. A hard reload usually resolves this.

  1. Perform a hard browser refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows / Linux) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac)
  2. If that does not help, clear your browser cache: go to browser settings and clear cached images and files for the site
  3. Log out of RapiNova Accounts and log back in — this refreshes your session and reloads your permission set
  4. If you are an administrator, go to Settings → System Settings and use the Clear Application Cache button if available
This resolves most cases. If the module is in your subscription and activated, a cache clear and re-login will make it visible.
4

Check User Permissions

Even when a module is active at the business level, individual users must have the appropriate role permissions to access it.

  1. Ask your administrator to go to Users → Roles and open the role assigned to your account
  2. Look for the module-specific permissions (e.g., "Boutique - View", "Accounting - Access") and ensure they are checked
  3. Save the role and ask the affected user to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect
  4. If you are the only user and still see no module, verify you are logged in as the business owner (Admin role) which should have full access by default
Role permission changes only take effect after the user's session is refreshed. Always ask the user to re-login after updating roles.
5

Contact Support

If you have worked through all the steps above and the module is still not working correctly, reach out to our support team. Please have the following information ready to speed up resolution:

  • The name of the module you are trying to activate
  • Your business name and the username experiencing the issue
  • A brief description of what you see (or do not see) and which steps you have already tried
  • A screenshot if possible — this helps diagnose the issue faster
