StudyConnect Module

Overview

StudyConnect turns RapiNova Accounts into a tutoring marketplace platform. Tutoring centres and educational businesses can accept student registrations through a public-facing URL, manage their tutor roster, and log every session -- all within the same system they use for billing and POS operations.

Public Student Registration

Students can register themselves through a public URL -- no login or RapiNova account required. Each business gets its own unique registration link to share with prospective students.

• Dedicated public registration URL per business
• Students fill in their details, subjects, and grade level
• Submissions are immediately visible in your student list
• No account creation needed on the student's side
• Business branding applied to the registration form

Student Management

View and manage every student who has registered with your tutoring centre, whether they signed up via the public form or were added manually by staff.

• Full student profile: name, contact details, subjects, grade
• Track enrollment status (active, inactive, graduated)
• View session history per student
• Add notes and observations to student records
• Filter and search students by subject, grade, or status
• Export student lists for reporting

Tutor Management

Maintain a complete roster of tutors, their subject expertise, and their availability -- so you can match the right tutor to the right student quickly.

• Add tutors with their qualifications and subjects covered
• Set tutor availability schedules
• View session load per tutor
• Manage tutor status (active, on leave, inactive)
• Track total sessions delivered per tutor

Session Tracking

Log every tutoring session with the relevant student, tutor, subject, and duration. Session records give you a complete history for billing, reporting, and performance review.

• Record sessions with date, time, and duration
• Link each session to a student and tutor
• Tag the subject covered per session
• Add session notes and outcomes
• View session history by student, tutor, or date range
• Session data feeds into billing and invoicing workflows

Public Forms

StudyConnect uses a business-scoped public URL pattern that works without requiring visitors to log in. The business is identified by its ID in the URL, so every tutoring centre gets its own isolated registration experience.

• Each business has a unique, shareable registration URL
• Forms are fully public -- no login required from the student
• Business context is loaded automatically from the URL
• Form submissions go directly into that business's student list
• Multiple businesses on the same platform remain isolated from each other

Integration with RapiNova Accounts

StudyConnect is not a standalone app -- it runs inside your existing RapiNova Accounts setup and shares its data layer with the rest of the platform.

• Students created via StudyConnect are added to your contacts automatically
• Business settings (currency, timezone, name) apply to all public forms
• User permissions control who can manage students, tutors, and sessions
• Billing for sessions can be handled through the standard POS and invoicing system
• Works alongside other modules (CRM, Essentials) without conflict

Getting Started

1. Activate the StudyConnect module in your subscription.
2. Navigate to StudyConnect > Settings and configure your subjects and grade levels.
3. Add your tutors under StudyConnect > Tutors.
4. Find your public registration URL under StudyConnect > Registration Link and share it with prospective students.
5. Review incoming student registrations under StudyConnect > Students.
6. Begin logging sessions under StudyConnect > Sessions after matching students to tutors.
