Overview
This module connects your RapiNova Accounts POS to a WooCommerce-powered online store. It is specifically a WooCommerce integration (not a standalone e-commerce platform). Products, stock levels, and orders are synchronized between both systems so you can manage everything from one place.
You need an existing WordPress site with WooCommerce installed to use this module.
Product Sync
The WoocommerceController manages product synchronization between POS and WooCommerce.
- Push POS products to your WooCommerce store
- Pull WooCommerce products into the POS
- Sync product names, descriptions, prices, and images
- Keep stock levels aligned between both systems
- Map POS categories to WooCommerce categories
Order Sync
Online orders placed through WooCommerce are pulled into your POS for fulfillment.
- Import WooCommerce orders as POS sales
- Customer details are synced or matched to existing contacts
- Inventory is updated when orders are synced
- Order status updates flow back to WooCommerce
Webhooks
The WoocommerceWebhookController handles real-time event notifications from WooCommerce.
- Receive instant notifications when new orders are placed
- Automatically process product updates from WooCommerce
- Handle stock change events in real time
Webhook URLs must be configured in your WooCommerce store's settings panel.
Getting Started
- Activate the WooCommerce module in your subscription.
- Generate WooCommerce API keys in your WordPress admin (WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API).
- Enter your store URL and API keys in WooCommerce > Settings within the POS.
- Run an initial product sync to align both systems.
- Configure webhooks in WooCommerce to enable real-time order sync.
