Overview
The AI Integration module brings artificial intelligence capabilities to your POS system. It uses a token-based economy where businesses purchase token bundles and spend them on AI-powered analysis, insights, and investigations. Each AI interaction consumes tokens from your wallet.

Token System
The token economy is managed through three entities:
- AITokenWallet -- Each business has a token wallet that tracks its current balance
- AITokenBundle -- Pre-defined token packages available for purchase (e.g., 100, 500, 1000 tokens)
- AITokenTransaction -- Every token credit (purchase) and debit (AI usage) is recorded as a transaction
Token balances are per-business. Each AI query deducts tokens from your business wallet.
AI Services
The AIServiceController and AIIntegrationController provide the core AI capabilities.
- Dependency analysis -- understand relationships between business data
- Balance investigation -- AI-assisted analysis of financial discrepancies
- Business insights -- automated observations about sales trends, inventory, and operations
- Token usage tracking per service type
My Business AI
The MyBusinessAIController provides a dedicated interface for business owners to interact with AI.
- Ask questions about your business data in natural language
- Get AI-generated summaries of business performance
- Request analysis of specific time periods or product categories
AI Conversations
The AIConversation entity stores the history of your AI interactions.
- View past AI conversations and their results
- Continue previous conversations with additional context
- Each conversation tracks token usage
Getting Started
- Activate the AI Integration module in your subscription.
- Purchase a token bundle from the AI settings page.
- Navigate to AI > My Business AI to start asking questions.
- Monitor your token usage under AI > Token Wallet.
