Overview

The barcode system lets you create sticker label templates and print them for your products. Access it from Products > Print Labels.

Sheet Mode

Print labels on standard paper sheets (A4, Letter, etc.) in a grid layout with multiple stickers per row.

Continuous Mode

Print on continuous label rolls typically used with thermal printers. One sticker per row in a vertical strip.

Creating a Label Template

1Go to Products > Print Labels.
2Click Settings (gear icon) to open the template management page.
3Click Add New to create a new barcode label template.
4Configure the template settings (see table below) and save.

Template Settings

What appears on the label: The sticker can include the product name, SKU/barcode, price, and business name. The barcode is generated automatically from the product's SKU.

Printing Labels

1Go to Products > Print Labels.
2Select a barcode template from the dropdown.
3Search and add products to print labels for. Set the quantity of labels per product.
4Click Preview to see the label layout, then Print.

Tip: Use the browser's print dialog (Ctrl+P) to fine-tune margins or scale if labels are slightly misaligned. Set margins to "None" for best results with custom templates.

Setting a Default Template

You can set one template as the default for your business so it is pre-selected every time you open the Print Labels page.

1Go to the template list in Products > Print Labels > Settings.
2Click Set as Default on the desired template.

Tips & Troubleshooting

If labels don't align, double-check the width, height, and margin values against your physical sticker sheets.
For thermal printers, use Continuous mode and set the width to match your label roll size.
Test with a single page before printing large batches to verify alignment.
Each product must have a SKU to generate a barcode. Products without SKUs will print labels without the barcode.
